Exchange has completed a publication that outlines the key strategies used by successful small business lending institutions. Authored by Manuel Sia and Donna Nails, the paper explains how the institutions have achieved significant market coverage, continuous volume growth, low default ratios, and adequate operating margins. It also includes a description of ShoreBank International's Developing Enterprise Loan methodology.

Upcoming Publications: Risk Management Notes

This series of briefs is rooted in the operational risk management sessions held at the Risk Mitigation Strategies for Fast-growing Banks Forum held by Exchange in South Africa in June 2007.
