Lisa Thomas is the Vice President of Capacity Building and Operations for ShoreCap Exchange. She is responsible for assisting in the development and management of client technical assistance relationships as well as overseeing the operations of ShoreCap Exchange. Prior to joining Exchange, Ms. Thomas was a manager at The Clement Group, a Chicago-based strategy consulting firm. In addition, she worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in New York and distressed debt/equity research at CRT Capital in Connecticut. Ms. Thomas holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. (Honors) from the University of Oregon.
