Bank Description:

 

Eskhata Bank (Eskhata), one of Tajikistan’s market leaders in micro and small business lending, was established in November 1993 as a commercial bank. It was one of the first private banks in Khujand, Tajikistan and microfinance makes up approximately half of the bank’s operations.
 
The bank provides settlement, collection and cash transaction services, loan disbursements, trade financing, and savings products to individual entrepreneurs and larger companies. Its retail services include consumer credit products, remittances, savings accounts and credit cards. Eskhata has 8 branches across the western half of Tajikistan as well as nearly 50 money remittance outlets.
